I have glass t tops on a 79 and the glass is coming apart from the plastic /metal inside piece ,I have tried to glue back together with gorilla glue ,but doesnt hold any suggestions on what to do

My 82 may have had the same problem, it seems like they resealed it with some type of windshield adhesive, not really sure. But I am thinking of taking it all apart and redoing, along with new weatherstrip.
Will be watching this one.....

Sorry I don't have a solution for you, but on the Facebook C3 Corvette 1968-82 page, a guy had his glass fly off on the road while driving!
