If your body is off the frame, it's even easier this way:

Couldn't get it to budge until I put the come-along to it. Then it came right out with no problems. I watched for it and didn't bend the parking brake bracket at all. I was willing to bend it however, as I plan to relocate it to the top side of the TA.

Once the bolt and shims are removed I have never had a problem with the T/A being stuck.
Unless you were fortunate enough to be able to remove the bolt in its entirety and the arm and shim pack are frozen in the frame pocket.

The issue was that the shims were really stuck. Even sprayed them with liquid wrench the night before. I could get them to move a little with the help of a BFH, but I thought I was going to rock the vette off the jackstands when tugging on the TA. That's when I thought to hook the come-along to the frame itself. Worked really well and didn't bend anything.

I like that..doing things at home on jack stands bring out all kinds of interesting things..I haven't done the arm bushing yet..did the bearings..but when I do I will remeber this!

Now, if Bubba had been at work on your car, the "come along" would have already been there when you first removed the wheel.
