I have the same problem, but don't have an answer yet. It appears to be a blend door actuator issue, or the switch behind the control panel. On mine I do hear a hissing from the switch, so I am going to assume mine is the switch. I just haven't got around to taking it apart yet.

You probably have a vacuum line that has come off - or is pinched up in the dash. You'll have to get in there and trace the vacuum lines to see where the issue is.

Symptom's point to an under dash vacuum leak, possibly an actuator. You're wanting to get this fixed very soon, as will cause the engine to run lean, and maybe affect the power brake's. If DIY, pick up a small Mity Vac hand held test kit to help with the diagnostic's. Good for bleeding brake system's, too.
