off topic-ZZ4 in a jaguar?
can it be done and can it pass emissions? My dad is currently looking at a 85 xj-s and it currently has engine problems. we want to swap a ZZ4 into it. preferably with a manual. the kit offered on http://www.jaguarsthatrun.com uses an auto. Thanks for any feedbacK!

Check with your local emissions office but as a general rule the engine you install has to meet the standards for the year of the vehicle and I doubt the ZZ4 is has all the emissions equipment for 1985. :cry
