Yeah,
I found a rolled up piece of green ****( when I say ****, I mean super ****) carpet behind the stereo. I think they had it stuffed back there to support the stereo. ????? Ok maybe not that weird but definately bubbarific.
When I was helping my cousin strip the interior out of his 69 camaro, we found 2 dead cats inside the springs of the back seat. They were pretty much mummified. :p:

I found a #2 pencil and a wooden "wedge" holding the heater controls in place.

Whoa! I had a Guy in NJ scribe his name on the underside of the chrome center console piece. Also, I have a sticker inder my hood for "Loper's Performance Center" in Phoenix, AZ. Anybody know if they're still there? My car appears well traveled, including at least one theft!

i found 8 new split fire spark plugs under the pass seat. they fit an old dodge 6 cylinder. why there was 8 who knows. also found a empty coke bottle in the driver door. i have no idea what the story there is either. and of course the assortment of stale frys.

I found the owners manual..the t-top bags in their orignal plastic bags and never opened, All the registrations from new ( 1982) to 2002 from the 1 owner, all the years insurance cards, and almost half of the yearly inspection reports. I also found the original t-top locks, the literature on the stereo system and some other stufffffff...A few coins, a golf tee ..thats about it..

I bought an 85 Coupe at a US Marshall's Drug Seizure Sale in Alberquerque, NM in about 92'. I was concerned that the car would have drugs, or the residue thereof, still hidden in a sneaky location.

They gave me paperwork to carry for just that reason. A year later when I had to remove the center console, where you put drink cups, I found some unused BULLETS, much to my surprise. Not sure what caliber the bullets were though.

I found a pair of pliers and a flashlight between the lifters, under the intake manifold. Evidently the batteries weren't Energizers because the flashlight didn't work.

When I bought my '81 I found about $5 worth of change under the seats, 2 Jim Beam bottles :cheers: under the drivers seat (one broke from the power seat smashing it), a golf tee, score sheet, and a pencil in the battery compartment. I also found a Dale Earnhardt air freshner with the jack. It's crazy what you will find in these old cars. :crazy: I just wish I knew the story behind it all. Luckily I didn't find any dead animals or remains in the car. :D

I went to look at a '71 454 that was for sale. The guy selling it found two build sheets under the rear carpet. (The car actually had so many options that they were listed on two sheets.) It still had the tank stickers in place.

I just rememberd something else I found in my car.........shortly after I bought it, I was giving the interior a good cleaning. When I removed the ashtray to dump the butts, I saw a bunch of butts that were under the center console. The more I looked, the more I found , until I removed the console plate and found that the entire center console was FULL of butts!!!! I am not kidding, top to bottom, side to side, full of butts!! I wish I took a picture of how many were in there, because there were literally hundreds!!! Who would be so dam lazy to empty the ash tray into the console? Unbelieveable.
