Lift car up on jackstands for access underneath
Disconnect Battery
Drain Radiator Coolant from Radiator Draincock
Remove Fan and Fan Clutch assy at Waterpump Pulley connection
Remove Radiator-Fan shroud (This one is difficult and may require you to remove the alternator and air pump to get it off + lots of 4 letter words)
Disconnect and Remove upper and lower Radiator hoses
Disconnect Transmission Coolant lines going into Radiator
Remove the two top brackets off the Radiator Core Support to free the Radiator
Lift out Radiator.

Install is the reverse.

Use the time to also clean up your area between the radiator and the AC Condensor and touch up the Radiator core support in case there is any rust starting to form.

I installed a big block 4 core radiator and had to slightly mod the rubber cushions on the top and bottom of the radiator to get it to fit in nicely. If you are installing a 3 core or aluminum skinny, then you should have no issues with just dropping it in.

Good luck. Its relativey straighforward, except for the whole fan shroud removal business.

Brent.

Still on the auction block

C5-Z06 calling my name and just dont have enough room-money to do both. I really need to buy a house further out so I can get a pole barn with concrete floor for all my project needs. If I could I would rather keep my C3.
