Default Turn Signals Blinking FAST

So my turn signals are blinking really fast do I need to change out the blinker in the fuse box?

Usually thats an indication that one of your bulbs are burned out. Check them out

The blinker module in the fuse box is for the four ways. You want the one behind the passenger's dash.

No, you can see the flasher. Probably a bulb, not the flasher unless you did something like 4 tail lights.

If it was a bulb wouldn't the signal not work on one side? I thought that when I had a blown bulb in my Nova it would not blink on that side and the light on the dash just lite up.

Try looking at the bulbs with the signals on!

I did look at the bulbs with the signals on they blink really FAST.

If you swap the emergency flasher for the turn signal flasher and nothing changes on either circuit, it's definitely not the flashers. For the bulbs to be working OK and the flasher to operate too fast, there must be some additional current draw on the turn signal line when it is activated. This didn't begin right after your changed some bulbs, did it? If so, make sure you installed the correct bulb number. Otherwise, check for some [partial] shorts in the turn signal circuit. Maybe a chaffed wire somewhere....
