Default New Vortec Valve Covers, question about PVC and breather

I have a GM 350 HO crate motor that I've had installed for about 8 years. It came with the chrome chevy center bolt valve covers. I'm looking to purchase some aluminum valve covers, but I have a question. My current Tall valve covers has pvc and breather on passenger side and breather for driver side. Most of the valve covers I am finding dont have this setup, most have one breather for each side. My question is could i use the one hole on the passenger side for PVC and use one breather on the driver side? Will removing the breather on the passenger side have any effect?

PCV - positive crankcase ventilation.

You may either put a breather or an oil cap (aka "710") on side opposite of the PCV.

1 breather and 1 PCV valve. No need for the 2 breathers, unless you want to run just 2 breathers.
