I don't know if Hooker headers will fit Vortec heads. But I do know that Stahl makes their headers to fit your heads. They will ask you what heads you have, and then they may ask you to send templates of your heads.
When I ordered mine, they already had the template for my Brodix big block heads. Mine fit PERFECT (except I had to dimple #5 to get the Steeroids linkage unbound). If you jack the car up high enuf, they are really easy to install. The workmanship on the headers was flawless! Here is an old pic of them before ceramic coating. I don't have recent pics yet after I got them back from Jet-Hot.
I had 2 complaints with the Stahl sidepipes:
1) they turned out way too far from the side of the car. I had to cut them. A 10" chop saw did the job well
2) I had to fabricate a bracket to mount them. I welded a bolt onto the bottom of the pipe, then attached the bracket to the underside of the tranny x-member.
If I had it to do over again, I would try the Hooker sidepipes with the Stahl headers.

Yes, they bolt up fine but yes it is difficult to get to all the plugs, at least it is with my older pipes without putting a couple small dents in them. This was a problem with the old heads too though.
