What is the black box on the side of the tank on the drivers side and what 2 hoses are they? One looks like some sort of vent from the box to the tank and the other rubber hose runs from a solid line on the frame rail to the box? Is that the return line from the fuel pump? Hard to tell since the lines are hidden between the frame and the body

its a vapour separator and is connected to the charcoal can under the hood
