T56 Adapter Plate To Stock Muncie Bellhousing
Has anybody tried using this setup for a T56 conversion? I spoke with them and they said the following:
1. 1/2" thick
2. need to convert clutch to a 26 spline
3. do not need to dial-in the setup if using stock bellhousing
4. Its setup for the 98+ F-body LS1/T56 combo as this has the longer input shaft
5. Can use a T56 from a LS2/3 engine (like GTO) but if he remembers correctly the pilot diameter on the LS2/3 T56 are thicker and so that will need to be adjusted

I used one in my setup, I purchased the adapter plate and the longer input shaft online last year from Fortesparts.com. Mine worked great and I'm very happy with it. My T56 came from an F Body Camaro.

i just bought the right bell from lakewood to adapt the tko from a ford to my car it has a 1/2 inch longer input that is a 26 spline. just take a look and see if they make the correct bekk for your aplication. you will get the added benifit of a blow proof bell to save your legs/feet.
