Guys- My fan belt has an annonying squeal at high rpm.What needs to be done to solve the problem?- thanx wade

Have you tried tightning the belt? Maybe it is an old belt with slick sides? Have you checked the alignment?

has the car ever been in an accident? sometimes an accident will bend various brackets on your car etc causing a high rpm squeal. so watch your belt closely when it is turning and see if it is spinning off axis in any way

If the belt is in good condition, and the pulleys are aligned, just get some of that belt anti-squeak spray. It will quiet it right down...
