1969 or 1970 was the last year that non-positraction rear axles were offered.

Had no idea my 81 was Posi. Figured, why would such an under-powered motor need Posi? Took a run at the dragstrip and looked at the back fenders behind the wheels, and there was tar on both from the burnout box! I was so happy
