On my 71', it's on the left inner fender well (has the key buzzer in it too), on the 78' it's under the dash right above the fuse panel. It seems like GM liked to move it around. Could be almost anywhere!

Actually you're right, it did move around a lot so I hope I'm not confusing the location with a slightly later year.

Mine is there, too ('69). My key buzzer used to work and now it doesn't. Do you know which wires to check?
On original 1974 Corvette models, the horn relay plugs in just above the fuse box. If it's elsewhere, it's been changed since it rolled off the assembly line.
I know, I had the '73 confused with the years following it. The only reason I mistook that one is because my neighbor's son has a '73 and his is on his firewall where I thought it was. Turns out the previous owner installed it there when he redid the harness.
