Time for an Upgrade?
My 9 year old said, "Daddy, we need to do something new to the Corvette this next year so that we don't go to car shows with the same stuff as last year." GOT TO LOVE IT!...and he said it in front of his Mom/My Wife to boot!!!
So that got me thinking.... There are two things I've been interested in learning more about. (1) EFI (Holley Stealth Ram) and (2) Supercharging (Vortech's new SBC carb system). Now logically, why not do both...hmmm... $$$$ maybe...
Does anyone have experience with the Holley Stealth Ram system (performance, etc)?
Has anyone successfully installed a Vortech in our cramped engine bay with a Carb setup?
Pictures of either along with opinions would be appreciated. Lots to think about and lots of saving $$$.
Thanks in advance... Ed

He knows that car will eventually belong to HIM, that's for sure!
BTW I love your car, it would rock with FI or a supercharger
Maybe you could do medium-sized flares and bigger tires?

Sorry for the hi-jack 80TexasC3, just wanted to check in and see if the tranny is still good?
A Vortech huh? You know, I usually like to play with vettes in my mustang, i'm glad you don't live near me.
