Has anybody bought a harmonic balancer cover from Northern Auto Parts?

I was going to buy one but "cheaped-out" in the end. I just installed a timing tape instead and put a Liquid Paper mark on the pulley inline with the balancer mark. That way, if the outer ring of the balancer should ever move, I will be able to tell easily by referencing the mark on the pulley. Anyway, a clean shiny piece of hardware in my engine compartment would seem out of place. :D

I'm just leary of this cover. Seems to me that water would sit in there a rust everything.
