This is just a question about the Silver Green 1982 Corvette........I have one and I must say that it usually causes a stir when I have it out.
I know that there were 723 Corvettes painted this colour in 1982......but, what I am curious about now is are there many of them out or even being seen by the people who frequent this forum.
Thanks in advance to anyone who answers
I would love to add a pic but I can't find out how-to and "Help" button is not working.
I saw one 3 weeks ago at the Spitzer Chevy in Amherst Ohio Vette show. The first I've seen in person. I don't think many people there appriciated it for its rarity. I even overheard a comment to the effect"nice repaint, but not an original color"! Definatly one of my favorite Vettes. :yesnod:
There is a stunning one in this country, in excellent condition. It's a beautiful colour & after seeing it twice now, my GF is hinting at me to get mine resprayed in that colour (she hasn't offered to pay for it though ;) ). Must admit that when I first saw it, I didn't think that it was a factory colour (the condition of it makes it look as if it has had a very recent paint job).
The owner is a friend of Stephen Irons, so maybe Stephen will see this & post a picture of it. Stephen? hint, hint.....
