That motor has to come out. Also, if there is bad frame rot there at the front, it would be a good idea to check the rest of the frame thoroughly. Pull the outer rocker cover panels off, and have a peek under those. Pull out the inside kick panels and check for rot at the #3 and #4 body mounts. Go all the way back, looking at everything under the car. That's a bad sign at the motor mounts, and it needs to be repaired professionally by a good welder / fabricator.

This is not the motor mount, it's the passenger side rear lower a arm mount and they are notorious for tearing off the frame like that, however someone did a real sh!tty repair job there. You'll have to remove the susp. corner and check if the mount is seated correctly & straight, grind the area clean and run a weld bead alongside (after grinding out the old weld) and then it's recommended to hammer down the top lip that's sticking out and welding it all the way around
As for your crooked engine seating, check fist if the engine mounts are the same thickness left and right, if they are pull the engine and with a large ruler check the height of both engine mount outriggers and correct the pos. if necessary. This is easiest done w/ a bare or plastic (however I don't think you'll have that handy) block, bolting it up and jacking it so it's level and then wleding the outrigger back into place.

Yep, the #3 and #4 body mounts are right behind the kick panels. Those are the thin plastic panels on the sides down by your feet. They are easy to get out, and the body mounts are right behind them.
The rocker cover panels are the long, aluminum, trim panels that span from wheel to wheel on the bottom, outside of the car, under the sill area of the door. See below. They come off by removing a few screws. You'll want to look under these for rot in that outer part of the frame when looking the rest of the frame over carefully.

How many??
Im my neighbourhood there are 7-8 Corvette's, so it's quite realistic.

71 members? The entire club? If I had to guess I'd say there are more than 5000 corvettes in the Netherlands w/ a population of 16,7M, there are a lot more than 8 corvettes within a 30 mile area around me, I wouldn't be surprised it it was around 50 or so (all models included)

Sorry must have got some kind of brain collaps!
Was talking about model -71.
We are more than 2000 members and 9 M people, so that would be 1 Corvette / 4500.
I don't think more than 50-60% of the Swedish Corvette owners have joined the club yet.

Really? I may be way off. I always thought #1 and #2 were the front mounts, then back to #3 and #4 and so on. Do they go clockwise around the car or serpentine back and forth? My bad totally for botching that...I guess I've been wrong about this for a LONG time now.

#1 = in front of firewall, #2 = inside a pillar (behind kick panel), #3 is begind the little cover next to frame kickup/trailing arm pocket, #4 is in the rear of the storage area.

Here's a rough idea of where the motor mounts are. There are bolted tot eh under side of the block on either side by three bolts. That motor mount unit then bolts to a set of supports on the frame that stick out like ears on a dog. Sorry for the bad picture.
