Maybe you ought to test fit it on my car before you put it on yours.

What are you going to put it on?

You might just have a helper on a weekend.

I'm envious!!! Be sure to take pics ad document as you go I was just looking at those this past week, what supercharger model do you go with? Do you plan to mount the SC on the drivers or passenger side of the engine? Or you modifying your carb or do you have a SC version carb?

I have the Procharger D1-SC blow-through kit, only available for drivers side mount. I will modify my existing Holley 750 d.p.'er. I will document it as I go. Should be interesting, to say the least. I might take you up on your offer Dr.Jay, 4 hands work faster than 2.

I would love to. I would like to do a supercharger project. If you lived closer I would let you move into the shop while under going this swap.

Please do a running post on the swap. If the cops ever take away my 8-71 blower I might have to go this route.
Once you've been blown nothing else will do

Agreed, norval....I am going for the "stealth" approach...something you are wayyyy past. I will document, as I have not seen any C-3's with an inter-cooled centrigual unit under the hood.

I'm taking myself and the vette to canada for a cold vacation once I start my forced induction project.

This would require the cops to catch you...and I'm sure they would give up once they lose visual.

I will relocate it to the passenger side. Also just received this morning my V/B tubular upper A-arms which are necessary in order to lower the blower sufficiently so the hood will close. Right now the blower is resting on the stock A-arms. Details, details.
