Is this the "upper right" bolt? Through which one do I add grease/lube?

Yes you do have the upper right hand bolt circled. I'd suggest adding the lube through this hole and removing the left hand bolt, the one with the metal tag under it, and looking through this hole for lubricant as you are filling. I used Mobile One synthetic grease when I lubed my steering box, which appearded to be very dry.

I pulled the upper and middle bolts and put a probe (pencil) through the upper. Nothing! Except what looked like bits of dried ear wax. So I filled through the upper with appropriate lubricant until I could see it in the middle. It must have taken 7-8 oz. It seems the steering box was basically dry. Thanks to Forum for bringing that possibility to my attention.
