Default Heat range for plug on 1970 LT1

hey I am building a 1970 lt1 motor and wanted to know what heat range plug should I be using? The motor has the 11.1 compression. what plug # did they use stock...I live in NJ too

my 70 l-46 specs the R44's. Before my rebuild the R-43's fouled out for me. I'm have a set of R-45's in there now. Seem Ok, and they're easier to find than the 44's. I believe the 43's are even more readily available.
