A distributor story listen to Lars when he speaks....
After an e-mail from Lars redirecting me a little, I pulled my distributor. I initially pulled it to replace the vacuum canister, do a little re-curve/test springs, learn some new stuff, and just generally inspect it.
These worn pins were just the tip of the ice burg. Im thinking that perhaps Ive discovered a problem. Ill let those that are interested know in a few after my new distributor gets here .

If you need a set of new pins, I have replacement weight pins that were machined and donated by a Forum member for use by Forum members. The pins are heat treated and of very good quality. You need to be able to un-braze the worn out pins and re-braze the new ones into place in order to use them. E-mail me if you want me to send you a pair. Since I have a finite quantity of these pins, please only request them if you're really going to use them...
