Can someone please help me on the abbreviations you guys use on here? I will know exactly what a person is talking about until they whip out one of these abbreviations. I know I sound stupid but what does PITA, ttt, and others mean?

ttt...to the top (interchangable with "bump")
iirc...if I remember correctly
fwiw...for what it's worth
ymmv...your mileage may vary

PITA = Pain in the A??(another word for Backend) also the name of my friends cat for that reason

ttt = to the top done so the thread will return to the top of the post, as if someone posted toit.

What others? The smilies cover a lot of the normally used ones.

OH!!!

IBTL = in before the lock used when the thread is likely to get locked by a mod (moderator)


BB = big block

sb = small block

Hey good thread to boost the post count chime in guys, I can't get my brain in second gear.

nfi = no frigging idea
wtf = (surely you know this one!)
stfu = shut the freak up
EFI = electronic fuel injection, not to be confused with:
ELFI = Zora's wife
