Hello,
I just ordered 17 X 9.5 w/ 5.5 inches of backspacing. I had to order offset trailing arms and VBP's dual mount setup (roll bar delete), and will get it installed when it arrives, but fitment should be good.
Otherwise, I had only about 3/4 of an inch on the inside of the wheel until I hit the rear leaf. That being said, 17 X 9.5 w/ 4.75 of backspacing on my current setup would have cleared.

I have 17x 9.5/285/35/17 on the back of mine with 5.5" backspacing, required offset trailing arms and a shortened rear spring from Guldstrand.
If the wheel has only 4.5" backspacing you are pushing the wheel out an extra inch plus the bulge of the tire. Would be very close to the fender and you woudl probably touch on suspension compression.
