Default 79 Horn

I actually have a McBurnie spyder based on a 79 Vette that has horns fitted but I can't see how they are operated. Should they operated on the steering wheel. What fuse should they run through? Where should the relay be. I realise mine is a modified car but I need to start somewhere.

You beat me to it Pete.... I believe most the spyder cars used the vette steering so it should be applicable.
