Is this an A/C car? If so, do you have the fresh air actuator and door asm? This piece is mounted inside the air plenum, on the passenger side, above the blower motor. To get to it you have to remove the debris screen. You will see a vacuum line with a green stripe running to it. the actuator is on the backside of the door. It is held in place by 2 screws. Included is a pic of the exploded view. Please let me know if you have this...thanks!!
