Default C3 1977-1982 Tilt tele Steering Column; 1975-1979 front bumper

I am interested in purchasing a tilt steering column for my 1978 corvette, and Online searches have proved to be fruitless in finding a cost-affordable part(college student funneling any extra cash to restore my beauty to running and cosmetic perfection). Can someone point me out in the right direction?

Also interested in a 1975-1979 front bumper(fiberglass)
Thanks,

Sperryj93

I have a a non-tilt column currently, its in working order with a steering wheel. I just want to get the tilt column for comfort. So if it is in all parts accounted for and in ready to go condition w/o a steering wheel I would be interested in purchasing.

it is an 81 dark blue. From the steering wheel up i do not have. It is missing the star screw that helps lock the telescopic function. Let me know if you are still interested and i will list exactly what i have.

Default Front Bumper Cover

I have a black fiberglass front bumper cover I was going to use on a 75 but never did job. Brand new never mounted never painted - just new. I have to go to parts storage house for further info. I would sell it for 225.00 plus shipping. Shipping would be a pain though. Im in Los Angeles 91387 where are you?
