WTB Side Grille Bonding Strip 70-72
I'm looking for at least two of these, and could probably use four. If somebody is parting out a 70-72 that might be my best shot. Its the fiberglass piece that is bonded inside the front fender that the screws go up through to hold the egg crates in.

The bottom has a metal bracket where it is riveted to the fender. That has a hole which I think a screws goes ttrough and locks the bottom portion of the grill
What 4 pieced are you looking for?

I think you`re both right.... on the top is a piece bonded on, and on the bottom is a bracket on the lip of the lower edge. In the first picture below, you can see the piece along the top edge of the side vent opening on the broken fender lying on the ground.
In the second picture, you can see the bracket on the bottom.
Sorry I don`t have better pictures.

You are correct
there is 4 pieces( 2 per side) top strip and then the angled strip glued to it
I do have pieces available
have to check again what I have left.
In the second picture, you can see the bracket on the bottom.

I also need one top angle piece if you have an extra. Didn't mean to hijack the thread!
