Spare tire carrier (top, bottom, wheel) off 1968 Corvette. New Hampshire
Hey everyone!
I'm doing some work on what used to be my fathers 1968 Chevy Corvette, and since it is not a numbers matching Corvette by a far cry, I'm ditching all the superfluous extras.
This is the top tray that mounts to the frame, the spare wheel with a pirelli tire mounted on it, and then the bottom tray that this all attaches to. I do not have the two bolts that connect the bottom tray to the frame, they were seized in place so I simply cut them.
I honestly don't know what this is worth, or if people are even remotely interested in such things as this. Let's say... $150 OBO, local pick up only in Tilton NH.
Must take the whole kit and caboodle

The piece at the bottom of the picture is actually the top piece that bolts to the frame. The piece on top of the tire is the bottom. The tire itself I didn't bother capturing. I can promise you that the spare tire is at least 30 years old so not really ideal as more than a very short distance space.
Have the original factory jack and lug wrench as well.

1968 jack had a narrower base then the 1969 & up jack - should also be date coded. Jack handle also had different holes in the handle itself. I will try to find some pics to show the difference.
