I just found the fourth bracket and bolts. It's the type of bracket for mounting with headers for a small block. I am including a picture of the 4th bracket and a closer picture of the two still attached to the compressor. Thanks.

Its still for sale but have no idea on the compressor. It was working when I took it off the car but that was quite some time ago.
