looking for the pulley that mounts up to the harmonic balancer,
the one I have on the car does not fit correctly into the balancer.

I have one off a 74 but cannot find the part number for a 73 so I would assume the 74 with AC pulley 336098 would be the same for 73 454 AC
If you have a 3921923 that is only for non AC

If you can use the 336098 74 Pulley I have one.

I also have an NOS 73 one year wiper motor and NOS wiper pump if interested or anybody else if you pass.
