Hey. I'm looking for the ecklers (?) fastback clip kit sold during the 70s-80s.

Needs to be located in the bay area for P/U

I was thinking about buying a used rear end and learning to fiberglass it myself if nothing showed up. The only differences are that it has a small ledge for the windows to go in right? What's the model of window used?

Vega GT, just the window, not the whole hatch. Then there are several interior pieces to cover the insides of the sail panels and rear of the trunk.

I once owned a 68 that had that rear clip.In that case, the window was just a piece of Plexiglas. It was one of the early ones done when Ralph Eckler was still in Moline,Ill,before he moved to Fla. I believe the body work was done in the late 60's or early 70;s. I owned the car from about 72-75. It was a L89 car. Back then no one was into restoring Vetts, only modifying them. Little did we know!! I bought the car for $3200 and sold it for $3200 3 or 4 yrs later. Was sold to a guy named Toby Taylor in Rockford, Ill. Wish I knew whatever happened to it. Rick
