F/S: Van Steel/QA1 Double-adjust Front Coil-Overs
Guys,
Here's a great opportunity for you folks that purchased one of Van Steel's front coil-over kits, but didn't have the coin to spring for the trick double adjustable shocks... I've changed directions on the front of my '67, and want to unload these double adjusting QA1's that go with their tubular a-arm kits. They are clean, complete (coil-over springs not included) including the upper and lower perches, spring shims etc. I bought new lower bearings, and installed them, as well as the newer polyurethane upper bearings with the new shouldered bolt. These bolts are incompatible with the included older (shorter/unbraced) upper wishbone mount... shouldn't be a problem if you're upgrading from a single or non-adjustable shock. Each shock is 18-way adjustable for compression or extension, and from eyelet to eyelet, they measure appprox 9.5" compressed and 12.75" extended. I used these for less than a year, and didn't drive the car much (too much job travel, LOL). Asking $300 shipped to your door in the lower 48 States... First one to PM they want them gets them, and thanks for looking!
