You missed a good deal on here. Tube frame with an LS motor and a 6 speed. He e-bayed it. His last price was 7.9k and accepting offers before he ebayed it.

You can do basicly the same thing to your C3 frame ordering aftermarket parts. Here's the parts list on mine. VB & P frt/r transverse leaf springs, tubular A-arms, Steroids r & p, Hydroboost, Guldstrand 5 link rear, Van Steel carbon fiber half shafts, Koni shocks at all 4 corners, Willwood 6 piston calipers in front, JFZ 4 piston in the rear. Home fabricated spreader bar and alum. rear locating pucks. Gordonm started a thread on this in C3 Tech, if I remember right.
If you want to stiffen up the frame further you can try spraying structural foam in the frame. Dries stiff without alot of weight. I also went with a 5 speed and (hopefully) will have the new motor this winter.

Is there anyone out there running one of these? It is the only one I found that is running current gen suspension. I have an 80 that I am starting to build up a parts list to switch it for a lq4 with a t56 magnum. After adding up all the stuff I would need to work over the brakes, suspension, rear end, and trailing arms, I am within a few grand of one of these rolling chassis. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
