Looking in mass for a shop to rebuild trailing arm.

If you want them done right, Gary Ramadei is the guy and the only guy I would trust.

Gary Ramadei did my 1969 trailing arms this past summer. They are as good as factory new, could not happier.
He is a great person to work with too. Always keeps you informed on the progress of your build with photos and detailed descriptions of what he finds, what he recommends, and what he has done. No surprises all the way through your rebuild. He is very busy as you might imagine. Exceptional quality and service has a tendency to get noticed by others so he is typically several months out backlog. It is worth the wait.
Gary also does steering boxes and differential rebuilds too. Gary's shop phone (203) 439-8020

If @GTR1999 doesn't have the time to build them for whatever reason (check with him first, though!), Bair's Corvette is also sorta nearby. They will insist in setting up a parking brake, riveting the rotors to the hubs, and turning the rotors for zero runout. You can avoid these last two with some prep work.
Prep them for screw-held rotors at the very least. I don't know if you can specify ARP studs, but maybe. Here's the best practice for rotor fastening and shimming for runout:
https://www.digitalcorvettes.com/thr...dial-in.77063/
And here's my recent ordeal, that is the basis of the advice above. If you don't send them to @GTR1999, be sure to prep them for better results going forward.

If you are worried about damage during shipping, Gary will also provide you with all the dimension to build wood shipping creates.
The two I built were so sturdy that when I received them back with by rebuilt t arms I can now use them to store my wife’s delicate Christmas decorations in.
Money well spent.

I used Bair’s and was very happy with the results.
Shipping was a bit pricey to/from Georgia, but worth it to me to have them professionally rebuilt.
I debated between Gary, VTech and Bair’s, but finally decided on Bair’s strictly because they had the shortest lead time.

I’ve purchased parts from them and they do sell quality components.
I would check out Tom’s Differential’s website.
As always, price depends on what you what or if you have to meet certain performance needs or need additional wheel and tire clearances.
Same thing goes if you want ok quality that will get you down the road or it you want top quality components and workmanship.
Gary Ramadei is a craftsman.
You will get the best quality parts, because that’s what he uses and world class craftsmanship because that’s the only way he knows how to do it, and if you need to meet certain performance criteria he can do that as well.

Gary's shop is in Cheshire, CT, off of I-91 on the north side of New Haven, CT, very near Quinnipiac, University in Hamden. Get his address, put it into a GPS and follow what it says. I was there a few months back having the condition of my rear diff assessed, which he offered to do at no charge. Great guy to work with.

Another plug for Gary Ramadei.
I drove my trailing arms up to Gary (12-hours each way). We made an appointment ahead of time so that we could spend time looking at and discussing what I had. He spent time breaking down my trailing arms, removed the hat, axles, backing shields, shock supports, emergency brake, etc. did some condition checks for rust, alignment, and warp of the trailing arms. Learned that the axles on my car were replaced in 2009 - replaced with cheap aftermarket axles. I had incorrect parts, parts installed wrong on my RH emergency brake. We were able to discuss face-to-face how to proceed and what to do based on his assessment and expertise.
I'm not a mechanic, not a professional restorer. It was the best education experiences I've had related to my car.

Gary took over 1 hour on the phone a few years back to explain the ins and outs of the bearing replacement and setup........
Let me tell you that I am pretty savvy when it comes to machining and assembling things and there was a couple of points he made that I would not have caught........
Sharp guy.....way too nice for this world LOL.

Gary built my rear differential, my trailing arms and my steering box.
Gary isn’t just someone who did the work for me.
Gary has become a good friend even though we have never met in person.
If we ever travel east, I will make it a point to drive into Connecticut just to shake his hand and thank him in person.
