Default Radio antenna cable for 78 w/power antenna

Have any of you needed to replace yours and if so, what did you use? Every vendor I looked at sells the cable for 78 fixed antenna only and other years/applications. Nobody appears to carry 78 w/power antenna cable. Guessing the fitting that screws onto the antenna is different. I also see lengths of 129" to 160".
Replacing my power antenna assembly and the cable in there now has a crude splice on it. Want to replace the cable but hitting roadblocks. Thanks all.

I'm not aware of anyone selling or making the antenna cable for 78-82 power antennas. The difference in them is that the power antenna cable has a nut that threads onto a fitting on the antenna, while the fixed mast antenna has the antenna body that the antenna mast goes into attached to the end of the cable. They are not interchangeable, and none of the earlier cables will work either.

I may have an NOS one. I have at least one because I know I saved for my 81 (and that ones not for sale), but I might still have one or two others. I'll try to take a look, but it will probably be a couple days before I can.

That would be great if you can look when time allows. Interesting that nobody makes a replacement. Not enough demand I suppose. That does explain why mine is spliced.

I have the 78 with power antenna and cb radio, replaced with a power antenna (CB delete) from Zip about 17 years ago and it failed to go up and down after a few years as well. In the end, I replaced the radio with a modern pioneer system and just run my classic rock via USB drive now.

I have one from my 78 that I am not using. Got a nut on one end where it attaches to the antenna mast. Approx 152" no splices. Pm me if you are interested.

The GM Parts Wiki shows the following:

Do you have an AIM showing the assembly line part number?
I'm not sure what the antenna to radio vs. antenna to splitter applies to, but searching 22010551 brings up an eBay listing for one. The Lead-in 22010205 also shows an eBay listing.

I have a 78 AIM but at work now. Will look later. I did an ebay search for 78 cable with power antenna and got nothing. Didn't try the actual part #.

I looked at the AIM and is vague on the part #. Just shows 22009849 which is the antenna splitter and cable for the CB version. Anyhow, got a line on a replacement cable. Thanks all for the assistance!
I did notice that the drawing in AIM shows a power antenna and brackets that look way different than the replacement I got. Looks like I will be fabbing up some mount brackets this weekend. The originals are long gone and don't appear they would have worked anyway.
