I was thinking of going to see a friend that lives in Jefferson Indiana and stopping by Wilcox. Are they still open ? I know that Ernie died, Thanks Charlie.

That's unfortunate, but what I think I remember reading a while ago. In my mind I try to cherish his tremendous contribution to the Corvette hobby, and how he touched and affected his family/friends & members of the Corvette family, and this forum.

Life changes, ....the Corvette industry/landscape has changed. It will continue to do so. In good ways and ways we might wish it doesn't. Enjoy the good while we have it.

About 10 years ago, Ernie sold me an impossible to find part when he could have used it on one of his next builds. This is just to show his dedication to not only our hobby but to his customers as well. They were always my "go to" for everything Vette before they closed. The whole team was top notch!!

I had some great conversations with him by email and over the phone. We had planed some coastal road trips , but unfortunately they never came to pass

Does anyone know if another player might have picked up all of their various PDF files, videos, etc.?

I know there are some summary video posts out here, but they're not really complete. At least I don't think they are.

What a goldmine he was for information and sharing knowledge!
