I'm in Vette Vues Magazine!
Hey Guys!
I don't know how many of you subscribe to Vette Vues Magazine (https://vette-vues.com/) but I think it's been the best Corvette mag around for the last 50 years. Tons of good info on all years, not just the late model stuff.
Anyway, I just got my latest issue in the mail yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to see they'd printed an article I'd sent in. If you got a minute, take a look. Maybe you can use a laugh.

Cheers brothers!

I used to subscribe. I didn't know they were still in print. I'll have to look them up.
Great story. If auto mechanics doesn't work out (and it sounds like that's a distinct possibility ), you might want to consider a career in journalism.

A story like that has got to be true. An amazing series of events which, based on your rationale for your decisions (as a professional), seem like they could have happened to anybody. Thanks for sharing all that.
The entertainment value of that story far exceeds the embarassment factor. Very well written also.

Very, very well done sir... And it brought back a memory.
I was lucky when my left front locked up. It was a collapsed rubber line & I was 6 blocks from home...in my 'hood.
I noticed after about 10 minutes or so the vacuum would bleed off & I could move....maybe 50 feet.
And then another lock. It took awhile but I made it to the garage......
