Default Membership Question

Has anyone ever sent a question to the moderators and received a reply?
I have been a supporting member for 24 years and recently had a question about my membership and sent 3 emails over several weeks and never received a reply.
Does anyone know how to get a reply from the people who supposedly run the forum ?
Thank you
Kurt

I received a similar message, asking if my e-mail was still the same. I assumed maybe every member did? Just updating the system, dumping dead memberships?
You can reach any mod by clicking on their name and sending a PM.

I’ve used “contact” and never received a response.

Greg,
I tried several times to reach someone using the "Contact" tab and never received a reply.
I was trying to get a question answered re: a payment I made for my annual membership, not about the e-mail verification that they sent to everyone.
My question was about a specific payment and if it was received or made 3 times by PayPal because I have had prior problems with Paypal automatic subscription payments due to an identity theft issue.

What happened to you is the same that happened to me; no reply.
What good is the "Contact" tab if no one answers it.
First question I sent to them in 24 years and I can't get a reply; that stinks.

I’m not sure if its actually a Moderator you are looking for.

If you ask a Moderator or Admin about your Membership, they will likely give you the contact to the site Business Office, because they have nothing to do with things like your membership.

However, if you did actually send a Moderator 3 emails he/she should have answered you. They generally do. You might want to check where you sent it. You could have sent it to the site.

If you did in fact try to contact the site, they might have received your message or not.

Use this to contact the advertising team at Internet Brands through this link:

http://www.internetbrandsauto.com/contact

Or this email address:

accountmanagement@internetbrands.com

You can also call Internet Brands at 888.879.0146. The line is manned from 9:30am-5pm PDT. Outside of those hours there is a message service where you can leave your details.

If you are in need of speaking to a Moderator or want to speak to a staff member, theres a number of ways to do that.
-at the bottom of the Main Page (the General Discussion page) of whatever areas you frequent, the Moderators assigned to that section will have their names at the bottom, in a hyperlink to click on.
-or, you can click on any Report Post icon and send a message to staff
-0r, you can choose any Mod or Admin and click on their name and send them a PM. It should be answered.

Finally, rather than start a thread with questions about the site or its moderation, please follow this rule:
Complaints, Suggestions & Questions

If you have suggestions for the improvement of the Forum, questions or criticism of the Forum or its moderation, you are welcome to PM or e-mail a moderator. Please do not use an open thread for such messages, however.

That would include, but is not limited to discussions about who has been banned and why.

The work on the Forum's volunteer moderators is difficult enough without having folks calling them out in open threads.
