I hardly ever go on craigslist but I found and bought all this stuff for $100!!!!

Wow. Not a bad deal at all. I just paid over $100 just for the OEM shifter mounting bracket that mounts the 4-speed shifter to the frame (you have one pictured as one of the items you bought) - I'm converting back from a Hurst to the stock set up with the reverse lockout and needed that piece. I nearly fell out of my chair when I found out how much that simple piece of steel costs.
