Where does this ground cable go? (78 Vette)

Default Where does this ground cable go? (78 Vette)
Had to install a set of valve cover gaskets in a 1978 vette and noticed the previous installer had this ground strap bolted to the upper rear valve cover bolt (pass side)and not connected anywhere with the other end.

Any idea where it should be connected?
