Default AC Delete

I just removed the compressor and hoses from my factory air 68, it didn't really work anyway. Heater hoses were already removed when I bought it. However I do want the heater for fall & early spring driving. Can I simply hook the heater hoses back up to have functioning heat? Or do I have to use some kind of AC delete kit? TIA

Yes buy AC heater hoses hook them up and you'll get heat, provided your heater core doesn't leak. You can PM me if you need more answers.

if you go to the trouble of putting moulded preformed hoses on and may or may not find a leak... or may want no water in hot weather.. i would instal 2 shut off valves one on each hose just in case...so you can at least have the option

Before you connect the two hoses to the block/water pump, flush the heater core with water.

Often times the heater core hoses are bypassed due to a leaking core. Be prepared for that possibility.
