My thoughts, one of those new parts is defective. I had a coil fail about 10 years ago. went into Eagle Auto in Brisbane and bought a new coil. Put it in. No spark!
I was certain it was the coil. spent hours checking everything. did an ohm test on the new coil. Junk!
Took it back, got another one. car still runs.

Had that happen on my 82, replaced all those same parts -- it was the HEI harness that links the Ign Module up to the Coil cap. IIRC ~$15 on Amazon.

You might have forgotten to transfer the metal ground strap from your old distributor cap to your new cap. It is essential. Your new coil plugs into it.

What's "have good fuel flow"??? That means nothing. What's your fuel pressure?

I would still check the fuel pressure. I have a friend with a 86 tpi Corvette with a bad new pump. His car was very hard starting. So don't assume anything. Did you just put gas in the car right before it started running poorly? To rule out anything fuel related try running the car with a squirt bottle with fresh gas down the throttle bodies. Recheck the firing order too. Remember the 3 things a engine needs to run, fuel, spark, and compression. So if the first 2 are there check the compression. The timing chain might have gone bad.

This car was barely running when i got it started replacing sensors got to the point where it would start and run // but was running very rich
and would never settle into a nice smooth // idle no cel so no codes// checked bulbs seem to be ok// all of a sudden started running like crap then would not run at all. / all of a sudden no spark/fire.. added new coil /rotor/ cap/ ignition modulator finally the harness exiting the distributor was bad. I have spark/ i have fuel ( new fuel pump) car tries to start may run a second or two / seems to be right on the edge . if you pour extra gas no results//.Injectors prime like they should and pulse fuel when cranking // when the car would start it had a very nice even fuel umbrella type spray coming from the injector..... .. I have a chevy manual just trying to work my way through it....Thinking the ECM could be bad hence running rich no smooth idle..... could the ERG valve be causing any of this? How about torque converter solenoid? Just looking for input // one guy said check the ignition harness and apparently, he was right.. So I
have fire and fuel. engine seems to have good compression because it ran really well when it ran just not starting now this is my first computer controlled corvette //????

Brad, timing chains can jump a tooth any time so rule that out with a compression check. One more thing comes to mind. Because the car was running rich you could have a block catalytic converter. Unscrew the O2 sensor and see if it starts. I don't think a ECM is your no start problem. Running rich, yes. But nothing would surprise me.
