C3 of the Year (Modified) -- Enter now
For Corvetteforum’s C3 Corvette of the Year competition for 2021, you have two choices for entering your Corvette – Unmodified and Modified.
For the Unmodified category, minor modifications are permissible; for the Modified category, your modifications can be for appearance or performance or both.
We’ve had questions and concerns in the past about people with minor modifications (aftermarket wheels, for instance) entering the modified category and the stock category. While we allow cars with minor modifications to enter either category, ultimately, their Corvettes will be judged by community members, who will accept or reject their Corvettes as appropriate entries.
This thread is for entering your C3 Corvette in the Modified category.
You can enter just one of the categories of competition and you do so by posting one photo of your C3 in the appropriate thread no later than 11:59 p.m. PDT, Nov. 4. Moderators then will pick ten of their favorites as finalists and set up a poll to allow you to vote on which of those finalists is the C5
Corvette of the Year in each of the above-referenced categories. The judging, of course, is subjective and will be heavily influenced by the quality of the photographs submitted for the entries.
The contest is open to site users across the globe.
The reward in each of the categories is bragging rights and a designation under your user ID declaring your winning status.
In subsequent months, we’ll feature other generations for Corvette of the Year with the winner in each of those generations competing for Corvetteforum Corvette of the Year. The Corvetteforum Corvette of the Year will be featured on the mobile home page of the site.
The fine print: One entry per member. This contest is open to site users over the age of 18 who own the car they enter. Entry photos must have been shot by the Corvette's owner. That is to avoid professionally made photos which might give the entrant an unfair advantage. If you want to enter a photo of you in or by your car, that's fine so long as the picture was not taken by a professional photographer.
Full rules in the attachment. Please note that everyone is able to enter for a chance at the title of C3 of the Year. If the winner lives in the contiguous United States, they will be eligible to get a bonus of a pair of NCM tickets.

While we are waiting for the moderators to select the ten finalists, congratulations to each of you who entered. You have some beautiful cars that you've clearly put a lot of time and effort into maintaining. You've made it difficult for the moderators to pick just ten.
