Question- what does the vin portion read? What is the first letter? That'll denote what application is was from.

its for a 70 Lt1 convertible....Im concerned with the broad marks and swirl marks around the CTU

No way to determine anything without removing the paint from the pad... any NCRS or Bloomington judging will require paint removal as well.

Suggest paint thinner....
NOT something abrasive or sharp.

Looks like when they decked the block they went to just above the numbers but where it’s stamped it looks the broach marks are still there

Have the seller clean the pad off and repost a picture of the clean pad.
