I think several of them were 'sniffing' the tires...or wondering why they were missing...

I had to drag this thread back up... Tucker. Rescue dog. Crazy. Untrained at ~ 1 year. We (he and I) worked hard, me with him, and him with me. Quite the team. He gained Therapy Dog qualifications on first try. The only dog/team in the cohort to succeed and gain that status. We worked wtih mentally disabled, visiting hours, schools post tramatic events, reading therapy, etc. For a month+ he'd been struggling with, and rallying, a spine/disc problem. We put him down yesterday. I've put down pets before, but never a team mate.

This afternoon, on another task, I am going to the school where we did a reading therapy program for three years. Think of me. Thank you for listening.

So sorry to hear about Tucker. What a great dog. Putting your dog down has to be one of the hardest things to do in the world. Take care.

I lost my two dogs last year, around 5 months apart from each other. It sucks. But at least we can look back and know we gave them good lives.

Pets, especially dogs are truly mans best frined. Miss having one
Losing a pet turns me into a mess for a long time Ill admit. Present pet has breast cancer its so sad.
Not much longer she will join her buddy up in pet heaven. Their little personalities are so big!
Keep the pics coming.

Lilly, I always said she was my dogter. Been over 5 years, but she was my best bud. Even my wife said I liked her more. She expected rides, even if it was only around the block.

No photos, but my Dad daily drove his 82 Collectors Edition with a Golden Retriever in the passenger seat for over 10 years.

I've just acquired an 82 CE as a tribute to Dad and the dogs.

If we could only rewind the years.....

I took the dog out in the vette sans tops... I put a camo seat cover on the pass seat she loves the car.

My son and Ellie in my 77, the day I started tear down over 5 years ago. Hoping to get an “after” shot in the same pose when the rebuild is completed.
