I don't know much about other stars of Bonanza, but Dan Blocker (Hoss) was a car guy, who owned Corvettes as well as other performance cars, including one of the 200 original 65 Z-16 Chevelle SS396's. His SS396 was a yellow car, and had been on display at Rick Treworgy's Muscle Car City collection.
Blocker owned a racing team in the early to mid 60's, that first raced a Chevrolet powered Cooper and later a Nickey Chevrolet sponsored, Huffaker Genie MK10. His cars were driven by John Cannon and raced in SCCA sports car classes, including the United States Road Racing Championship (USRRC) series. He called his racing team Vinegaroon. The Genie was painted a pea green color, had the "Nickey" logo on the sides, and had "Pure Hoss Power" across the rear of it. The Cooper and Genie still exist. Somewhere around I have a copy of Sports Car Graphic from the 60's that has Dan Blocker, John Cannon and the Vinegaroon Genie on the cover, taken on the set of Bonanza.

Interesting guy, and so sad he left so soon. Drove past Dan Blocker Beach yesterday exercising the 1991 ZR-1 and thought of him.
Interesting facts on "Hoss", a very good natured guy said by all who knew him. Combat Infantrymen badge in Korea served December 1952 thru August 1952. Tough times over there then. Purple Heart for Combat wounds.
Owned a Z16 Chevelle and then later bought Huffaker Genie Mk10 "The Vinegaroon" run by Nickey Chevrolet 1965-66.
Here is the car today...currently for sale.

And some insight into the racing history of the man....

I'm pretty sure that's an old add, from when it was still being vintage raced. Since then it was bought and restored closer back to it's original Vineagroon Racing, Huffaker Genie bodywork and paint.

The car exists. As I said in my earlier post, it had been on display at Rick Treworgy's Muscle Car City museum in Punta Gorda FL. Rick's collection's being auctioned off next week, and there's a yellow Z16 Chevelle in the auction, but I don't know if it's Dan Blocker's Z16. Years ago, Blocker's car had been owned by a guy from Georgia, who showed it quite a bit at Chevrolet and Chevelle events. He may have had it on loan to Muscle Car City, or Rick may have bought it, I don't know which.
Here's a link to a picture of it at Chevelle-Abration Chevelle Nationals about 20 years ago (sorry, for some reason my Chromebooks is not allowing me to click, drag & post pictures today????).

If you want a look at some of the amazing cars Rick is parting with, here's a link to the auction.

I'm no expert, but I think that quite a few of those Chevelles, were painted yellow, with a black vinyl top, and black interior. One of the local (to me) Chevy dealers had one in their showroom, when they first came out. I might have even had a chance to sit it it. I was 13-14 at the time. About 10 years later, I happened to be talking with someone at work, and he said that he had purchased it, new. When I asked what had happened to it, he got a little sad, and said that he had driven it daily, through the north-east winters, and the road salt had done a real number on it, consequently he sold it, and bought something else....

Yes, we made a Corvette specifically for Dan Blocker (Hoss). I remember prepping the vehicle prior to shipment.
I do not remember cars for the other cast members. Time frame had to be early 1970's since the last show aired around 1973.
