thats a mighty sexy car right there, loving the look the side pipes give
With the covers what sort of heat as in hot are they, can you touch them after a run? just trying to gauge
I will have to track down a few mates with pipes so i can suss them out

I love the look of sidepipes. Nothing beats that original look. The other side of the coin is the drone and fumes. Just had my sidepipes on for one summer. Couldn’t stand it any more. Went for under car style exhaust and it’s soooo much better

You can touch the covers after a run. They are warm but not scorching hot like the pipes get. Air space between the pipes and the cover helps keep them from getting hot enough to burn you on touch. I loved them. Good luck and nice yellow car you have there. Cheers. David

Just a word of caution....check the date codes on your tires. I could be wrong, but I don't think that Kelly Chargers have been made in a number of years. I'd hate to see a nice car get messed up by a tire coming apart at speed.

Looks like a great Stingray, Congrats. I'm a definite YES for stainless side pipes with covers.

Default 76 Stingray comes to live with me

Your car looks great. I wish mine looked that good. Did you buy it turn key or did it need any work? Congrats.

@therunningman2012
Hi mate
Bought the car turn key, the PO had sunk a shitload of money into this thing, its all practically new, we are just putting some new rubber on in a couple of days, I have a 79 black one i was going to start doing up, but couldnt turn down the last of the Stingray and a sweet 350hp to boot
Just fitting the new internal Targo top roof panels, they come with the car also,
