How to access turn signal bulb in dash?
My right turn signal bulb is out in the dash. Is there any easy way to get to it? I can't even get my hand anywhere near it.

I believe that I released the steering column and let it drop (will supporting it) . Then I removed the screws holding the lower dash panel, this allowed me to pull the bottom of the dash pad towards me, giving the room I needed...

When I replaced my tach assembly a few weeks ago, I could easily see and reach each of the bulbs behind the gauges from the front once the lens, bezel, and gauge face was removed, took all of about 5 minutes to do this so might try that if you have a hard time getting at it from the back side.

I know nothing is easy under a vette dash but I'm surprised you can't get to the two turn signal bulbs from underneath (I just went and tried mine and I can get fingers on either, the left is easier of course)
There are some wires running pretty much in front of it but you should be able to locate it just sort of by feel, bottom middle (on mine just above the tach-solenoid but you don't have that on yours anyway so even less in the way)

If you have factory AC, there is a duct going to the drivers side ball vent. Easy to remove, just remember which end comes out first, oh ... I have to push in the clutch pedal to get my vent out.

I got the job done. I had to pull the dash portion with the speedo down and go in from the top. What made the job hard is the steering column would only drop 1/2 inch. Somehow i broke a plastic fastening point for the speedo lens but it seems to be ok.

Yep. To do it without dropping the steering column or removing the dash pad, you would need a trained monkey or a very skilled 3-year old grandkid to fishe back there with a small hand.
