C3 fuel relay??? <Humm in pass side firewall>
76 - L48
I have a no-start situation on my 76.
There is also a new humm coming from my lower passenger side firewall area.
i can nurse it with starting fluid, but it wont idle on its own.
New inline fuel filter JUST installed.
First thought was the relay to prime the fuel pump, but it seems these didnt have one.
Thought the fuel pump was mechanical so no power to it.
Any help?

You have a mechanical pump but you have to check if someone changed something.
The OEM pump is on passenger side towards front of engine down near the frame.
Did this problem start after you changed the filter?

Do you have the original Quadrajet?
Are you aware from the factory there is a fuel filter in the inlet of the carburetor?
Do you know if the filter is still in the inlet?
If it is have you checked it?
Did you remove the new inline filter and blow through it?
Did you look at the mechanical pump to see if it is connected?
